ATOM/NOVICE/BANTAM DIVISION RULES

1) NUMBER OF PLAYERS:

11 players on the field including the goalie. All players are to receive equal playing time and must play at least ½ of the game. If a player wishes to play goal only they may play the entire game in that position, providing other players play at least ½ of the match.

If a team has less than a full roster (11 players) the game may proceed. Teams are allowed to play up to, two additional players than the opposing team that may have less than a full squad of 11, but we would expect that coaches will find a mutually agreeable format in the sprit of sportsmanship and fair play.

In the event of a playoff game and both teams have less than 7 players, coaches in consultation with the League, may look to rescheduling of the match.

If it is determined to have a point match re-scheduled a friendly match must proceed with the players present.

There will be no call ups or cross over of players from other teams.

Above all, players who show up at the field must participate in a match.

A completed TEAM ROSTER sheet must be turned into the referee immediately following the game.

A coin toss MUST be performed by the referee and two representatives from each team prior to the start of the match.

The coin will be provided by the Official.
